At Airland Furniture, we take pride in delivering high-quality office furniture and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our return window lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items damaged after delivery.
Clearance or sale items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds? First check with your bank or mobile payment provider — processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@airlandfurniture.co.ke.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@airlandfurniture.co.ke within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return with Airland Furniture:
Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to sales@airlandfurniture.co.ke or call us at +254 792 957 120 within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please include:
Your full name
Order number
Product details
Reason for return
Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Step 2: Get Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
Do not ship the item back without authorization.
Step 3: Pack Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
Include all original documents, accessories, and the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
Step 4: Ship the Item
Arrange for delivery to our designated return address (provided once your return is authorized).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred.
Step 5: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send your replacement.
Refunds typically take up to 7 business days after approval.
