Returns

  • Our return window lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items damaged after delivery.

  • Clearance or sale items.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Late or missing refunds? First check with your bank or mobile payment provider — processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@airlandfurniture.co.ke.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@airlandfurniture.co.ke within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return with Airland Furniture:


Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to sales@airlandfurniture.co.ke or call us at +254 792 957 120 within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged)


Step 2: Get Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
Do not ship the item back without authorization.


Step 3: Pack Your Item

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include all original documents, accessories, and the Return Authorization Number inside the package.


Step 4: Ship the Item

  • Arrange for delivery to our designated return address (provided once your return is authorized).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred.


Step 5: Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send your replacement.

  • Refunds typically take up to 7 business days after approval.
